Five guests standing together on the high meadow at Sweetwater Ranch with the ranges behind them
Collaborate · For high-end coaches, speakers, and leaders

Terry is open
to collaboration.

With a small number of high-end leaders whose people deserve something they cannot get anywhere else. Not everyone who asks is invited. This page is so you know what it is.

The idea

If you and Terry turn out to be a match, you could give your people an experience nobody else can give them. A private Montana mountaintop, a survival-show winner and #1 bestselling author as their host, and you at the fire beside him. Nobody in their world would be able to say they did this.

This is not a seminar with a view, and it is not a dude ranch. It is not a venue and it is not for rent. It is Terry’s own mountaintop, eighty acres above the valley where Montana’s first gold was found, off-grid and two hours from the nearest runway, and it is a different world up here. He hosts every gathering himself. What he offers a collaborator is the chance to stand beside him and hand that world to the people who follow you.

It is for high-end coaches, speakers, influencers, and leaders, and Terry does not accept everyone. He collaborates only where the values line up: how you treat your people, what you promise them, and what you deliver. Not everyone who asks is invited. If that describes you, it is time for a conversation.

What your people would get

A different world, around the clock.

Your people have been to the hotel ballroom. They have sat through the workbook. None of that is this. Ten miles of mountain road from anything, snow-capped range standing in every direction, and nothing between them and it. The place is awe-inspiring, and your people are submersed in it twenty-four hours a day. They wake up in it, they work in it, they eat in it, they fall asleep under more stars than they have ever seen. They will leave changed just by having been here.

Then there is what they do. They will throw a hatchet, shoot a bow from the back of a moving quad, start a fire without matches taught by a man who won a survival show, and sit on a ridge with nothing in front of them but the horizon and the question that actually matters: what do you want, and what will you give up to get it. That is the work.

And there is what happens between them. Ten people, a few days, one mountain, one fire. Nobody checks out to a hotel room down the hall. They cook together, compete together, and sit in the dark together, and the camaraderie that comes out of that cannot be built in a room with a whiteboard. It is the kind a team carries home and never quite loses.

What it would do for you

They would remember who brought them.

A leader is measured by what they put in front of their people. Put them in a conference room and they forget it by Friday. Put them on this mountain, where the sun comes up over one range and goes down behind another from the same porch, and they tell the story for years. Your name is in every telling.

You bring ten at most. Small enough that every one of them gets real time with you and with Terry, and nobody spends the trip watching from the edge of the room.

How it would work

You bring the people. Terry brings the mountain.

If Terry agrees to collaborate, you bring a group you believe in, the trust they place in you, and your own teaching. Terry brings Sweetwater, the games, the ceremony for those who want it, his own story, and a host at the fire. The season runs roughly April through September.

This is a collaboration of ideas, not Terry’s show with you in the audience. Your teaching can be the center of the days, with Terry’s beside it, or the two can be woven together; that is worked out between you, one gathering at a time. What does not change is the mountain, the silence, and the sky, and they do a good share of the work on their own.

The place

Your people will stand where most people never do.

The range runs unbroken to the horizon, and there is nothing between them and it.
